Edward “Formerly Fast Eddie” Parry
Edward Parry is the Director of LuHi Summer Programs in Brookville, a day camp serving over 3,500 children during eight weeks of summer. Edward became aware of Fight for Charity from the internet. He remarked, “I love the idea of being able to help others in need – current situations at my workplace have made the need to help others very clear.
“Training and boxing in the Main Event will mean that I have made a commitment over and above just talking about helping others. I’ll have a little angel looking over me every step of this wonderful journey.” Edward is member of Retired N.Y.S. Teachers Association. He is active with CYO of Nassau and Suffolk Counties and supports Cure Starts Now and ACDS nonprofit organizations. He earned an M.B.A. from James J. Madison University, B.B.A. in Marketing/Management from JMU and Education Certificate from Brooklyn College. He is lives in Lynbrook with his wife and three children.
