Louis “Sweet Lou” Pagonis is a father of two beautiful children and 4 beautiful grandchildren, Sophia, Olivia, Benjamin & Gianna.

Louis is a two-time Gold Medal Winning Chef in an international culinary competition and was the host of a call in radio show from 2005-2007 on 88.7 FM radio called, “Ask the Chef” where callers would call in recipes and cooking tips. So if anyone out there would like any cooking tips or recipes, please feel free to ask.

Louis loves doing charity and volunteer work.  He feels its very important to help everyone out.
